Distance By Time provides AI video and content services including but not limited to:

• Creation of unique internet domains and email accounts
• Sourcing of contacts for promotional activities
• Copywriting of sales outreach messages
• Automation of outreach to newly sourced contacts

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

By engaging our services, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

4.1 Minimum Commitment

You agree to pay a monthly fee as specified in your service agreement for a minimum period of three months.

4.2 Fees

If you cancel within three (3) business days of signing up, you will receive a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary information to facilitate our services, including:

• Information about your company
• Sample promotional materials
• Goals for lead generation campaigns
• Detailed answers to Distance By Time onboarding form

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of business relationship, except as required by law.
